Business Insider reported on 2026-10-20 that Fireworks AI is in early talks to raise new funding at a valuation between $30 billion and $40 billion, according to people familiar with the matter. That compares with the $17.5 billion valuation it carried just months earlier. Fireworks said in July that it had passed $1 billion in annualized revenue and was serving more than 40 trillion tokens a day. For the company, the talks would sharply re-rate it in private markets.
