Tenstorrent closes $1.5B Series E at a $6.2B post-money valuation, led by Trace Capital and Innovation X
On 2026-10-19 Tenstorrent said it had closed a $1.5 billion Series E at a $6.2 billion post-money valuation, led by Trace Capital and Innovation X, with participation from investors including ARK Invest, Fidelity, Morgan Stanley, Sandisk, Cadence Ventures, Tether Investments and T. Rowe Price-advised accounts. Bloomberg and Reuters report that the valuation is more than double the $2.6 billion of its 2024 round. The capital will fund deployment of Galaxy servers at scale and its licensable RISC-V CPU and AI IP, resetting the company's private-market valuation.
