Anduril

Bloomberg reported on 14 October 2026, and Anduril confirmed to CNBC, an employee tender offer priced at $94.80 a share that values the company at roughly $90 billion. Bloomberg reported that the offer opened on 13 October, closes on 9 November, is capped at $1.3 billion and is open to employees in 16 countries. CNBC notes that Anduril was valued at $61 billion in a $5 billion round in May, so the tender sets a new, sharply higher reference price for its shares.

On October 12, 2026 Anduril unveiled Steelfin, a family of modular two-stage surface-to-air interceptors for ballistic, cruise and hypersonic threats and drones, which executives aim to cost a third of the price of Lockheed Martin's PAC-3 MSE. Anduril expects full-rate production at the end of 2028 or early 2029, at 'multiple thousands' a year on the low end, with sub-assemblies built at its Arsenal-1 facility in Ohio, and is pitching Steelfin for the US Army's low-cost interceptor program. The launch takes Anduril into the air-defence interceptor market now held by the big defence primes.

On 6 October 2026 Anduril and the White House unveiled Arsenal-2, a 2 million-square-foot 'software-defined' shipyard at Tradepoint Atlantic in Sparrows Point, Baltimore County, Maryland, backed by a $6.6 billion commitment of which $3.7 billion is Anduril private capital. The US Navy awarded Anduril a contract worth up to $2.9 billion to support Virginia-class submarine component production, with the yard slated to begin operations in 2030 and create about 3,100 jobs; some parts, including torpedo tubes, will be made at a 160,000-square-foot facility in Orange County. The award and build-out move Anduril into the submarine industrial base and materially expand both its revenue base and its capital commitments.

Anduril said on October 5, 2026 that the US Army awarded it a contract worth up to $1.8 billion over five years to scale its Next-Generation Command and Control (NGC2) common data layer from division-scale prototyping to corps-scale fielding. The award starts with a $162.8 million base period to field the capability with I Corps in the Pacific, after the Army picked Anduril for the work in June. It turns Anduril's NGC2 prototype work into a funded multi-year Army software programme, materially expanding its revenue visibility.

Anduril launched Armory on 23 September 2026, an e-commerce platform that lets military buyers browse and purchase drones, sensors and electromagnetic-warfare systems online rather than through multi-year procurement cycles. Axios reported the same day that Anduril is also recruiting outside suppliers onto Armory, positioning it as a hub for the broader defense supply chain rather than a catalogue of Anduril's own gear. For the $61B company this is a new direct digital sales channel and a potential marketplace revenue model beyond its own programmes.
